Product Return Policy

While we adore children, for safety and space reasons, we ask that you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment. If childcare is unavailable, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This policy ensures a relaxing environment for all guests and prioritizes the safety of your child.

Kids/additional Guest Policy

At Luco Salon, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our services. If you are unhappy with your hair color or extension appointment, contact your stylist within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment. Please note, this adjustment is not available if you simply change your mind about the service; in such cases, additional charges may apply. Refunds are not provided as our stylists' time cannot be refunded.
